Welcome to Long Ashton Cricket Club

We are a long established (circa 1870) and well respected village cricket club based in North Somerset. In the last 30 years we have enjoyed some success in local league and cup competitions and seen club members go on to play first-class and test cricket.

The club is funded and maintained by its members and is registered as a 'Community Amateur Sports Club'. We are always interested to hear from prospective new members and supporters of all ages and abilities.

Junior Cricket at Long Ashton Cricket Club

We run a popular junior section, with fixtures for teams in the under-9, under-11 and under-13 age groups.

Junior training sessions for children aged 7 upwards take place on Tuesday evenings, commencing Tuesday 1st May, from 6:00pm to 8pm at our Yanley Lane ground. We may also run some additional training sessions on Friday evenings.

Parents are welcome at training, whether it is to assist with coaching, or just to relax and watch (the bar will be open).

We would like to welcome you, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced player. Please turn up at training or email longashtoncc@blueyonder.co.uk for further information.
